Leah Ramirez is a ministry pioneer, international speaker, regional strategist, and a devoted wife and mother. As a gifted Bible teacher, she has served the Body of Christ for more than 20+ years, devoting her life to the Gospel and the building up of the church.

Pastors Victor & Jennifer Gonzalez
Victor and Jennifer are the Lead Pastors at Do The Word Ministries and have been serving the Lord since 2007. They have a baby girl named Nyana Lynn, who is now resting with the Lord, and wonderful “morkie” named Sasuke (yes, like Naruto). Victor and Jennifer are committed to discipling believers to accurately pursue and represent Jesus without compromise by devoting their lives to the Scriptures, prayer, fellowship and breaking bread together. (Acts 2:42) Their desire is to see everyone in their region know and love Jesus and each other through genuine community. Victor loves quality time, games, and is passionate for prayer. Jennifer loves coffee, chocolate, arts & crafts, and spending quality time with loved ones!
Pastors Carlos & Zerimar Rodriguez
Carlos and Zerimar met in summer of 2010 through a mutual church friend. Carlos had just accepted the Lord and been radically saved from a same sex lifestyle and Zerimar had just graduated from Resound School of Ministry and House of Prayer.In 2013 Zerimar battled endometrial cancer, losing her womb, just months before she and Carlos married. Carlos and Zerimar now live in Port Saint Lucie, Fl, where Carlos teaches high school English. When Zerimar isn’t working her 9-5 job she is ministering in worship, wherever the Lord sends her. They often drive up to Kissimmee and spends time in fellowship with the DTWM community on Friday nights. The rest of their time is spent with their 1-year old Shepador puppy, Luna.
Pastor Erold Saintilien
Erold is a first-generation Haitian-American born and raised Orlando, FL. Erold grew up in a typical Caribbean home which means he is no stranger to discipline. His parents did everything they could to ensure he and his siblings grew up to be successful. Even though Erold grew up in a stable and loving home, he felt as if he didn't belong anywhere. This led to a pornography addiction. In 2010, Erold felt seen and loved by God and after locking eyes with Jesus, Erold decided to commit himself to the Lord Jesus Christ. Erold's passion and desire is for our youth and young adults in our region to experience the tangible love of God and for them to come to Jesus. Erold is big Marvel & DC fan, likes video games, and loves a good workout.
